The wait is officially over – Version 4.0 of Woopra’s iOS app is now available in the app store!
So what’s new in the app? Version 4.0 has been completely rebuilt and redesigned for optimal performance. The streamlined user experience is intended to make it easier for you to quickly access your data wherever you are.
Our goal was very simple. We wanted to focus our efforts on a mobile app that helps you consume and access data more easily, while keeping the complexity of the creation and configuration options neatly within the web app. This keeps the user experience simpler and more streamlined, which is exactly how you want a mobile app to be.
For example, the iOS app Dashboard reflects Woopra’s new, customizeable Dashboard. If you want to add or remove widgets from your Dashboard, you can do so from the web app. The iOS app is designed to help you quickly access this Dashboard data.
The iOS app features include:
- People View and Customer Profiles
- Analytics Reports
- Funnel Reports
- Retention Reports
There’s so much you can do with this app, but here are just a few of our favorite uses.
Be Ready for Any Meeting
We’ve all been there. You’re in a meeting and an unexpected question comes up about your performance metrics. Something like, how well did the campaign convert your target customers? Or, has your retention improved since the last update?
With all your Analytics, Funnel, and Retention Reports in your pocket, you will always have data to back you up – no matter where you are.
Never Keep Customers Waiting
You can access every single Customer Profile right on your phone. Got an email from a lost customer? A call from a hot lead? Easily pull up their Customer Profile and see their engagement in real-time.
Get Notified of Important Activity
Just as you receive Notifications in the Woopra web app or to your email, you can also receive Push Notifications directly on your phone. With the app, you can be alerted of customer activity anywhere, anytime.
How to Get the App
The new app is available for free in the app store.
What About Android? The new Android app is in the works and will be published soon. Look out for another blog post detailing its release as well as updates to the iOS app!
