Customer Profiles Get a Facelift

We’ve received amazing feedback from our customers about the new Customer Profiles launched this past September. More than 300 emails with your comments and suggestions have been recorded and processed. Thank you for the wonderful feedback.

For the last 3 weeks, we’ve been working on mockups for a newer design that addresses all your questions. We’ll be rolling this update out gradually over the next couple weeks. Let’s take a look at some of the important changes.

New Key Stats

In order to further highlight important customer insight, we’ve added some key stats to the Customer Profiles, such as:

  • First seen
  • Last seen
  • Last 90 days stats
  • And more…

Updated Actions View

You’ll notice quite a bit has changed in the actions view. First, it is now displayed in blocks of visits rather than aggregated. This makes it easier to quickly differentiate between visits.

We’ve also optimized the actions view for identifying the same customer across multiple devices. Each visit block is now displaying the visit specific details like location, platform and referrers separately as they may be different on each visit.

Lastly, we’ve also added back the campaign data in a warm yellow color that allows you to spot it with no extra effort.

We’re constantly working to improve and optimize the product and we have many exciting updates coming. Our user experience optimization is a continuous process based on your feedback and the ways you, our customers, use Woopra.
